3 Time Management Seminars Tips to Start Doubling Your Productivity Today

Do you actually believe that it is indeed possible to double or even triple your productivity as early as this month? If this may seem impossible to you at first, you might want to think over this for a moment: While you are reading this article, there are tons of people out there who are probably not as smart or hardworking as you earning a lot more money than you do right now!

Yup, you guessed it correctly, they probably just know a few more methods and secrets about being more productive that enable them to do a lot more stuff than you in a much lesser time frame. So here are 3 ways you can look at too to start doubling your productivity today!

1. Learn to outsource smartly

There are a lot of monotonous tasks in your life that are time-wasting and mentally draining. All these tasks are probably better off being outsourced to somebody else to do the work for you. Although you may not feel comfortable doing it as first as some of the tasks may seem really easy and yet you have to pay the person doing it, think about the time you would have saved while outsourcing the work to them. You could spend that time doing more productive stuff instead that will help to increase you revenue or income!

2. Learning to ignore selectively

Don't spend your late nights in front of the TV or surfing the web. Don't spend your time-consuming unnecessary information from the media especially, or reading and responding to e-mails that serve no purpose towards improving your current situation. All these can easily become addictions for you to waste time on and also procrastinate on what you really should be doing in your life.

3. Learn how to batch process

Plan a good timetable with time blocks and proper breaks in between. Set time blocks in which you can complete your tasks in batches, and then a short break afterwards. For example, you might want to complete writing your new novel between 2 pm and 4 pm on Tuesdays, responding to support e-mails between 4 pm-6 pm everyday, and spending the last 10 minutes of your night organizing tasks for the next day and so on. Doing this helps to eliminate procrastination and multi-tasking, and instead gets you to focus on doing one thing at a time and completing it before moving on to the next one.
