Time Management:
Time Management Training Tips - 3 Fast Effective Tips to Better Manage Your Time

The one thing in life that is truly a gift to us is our time. No matter who you are, for every day that you live here on the earth you are given exactly 24 hours. Now what you decide to do with it is the important part.

If you are someone that is always wishing there was more time in a day, because you are having problems getting all your daily chores and tasks done - read this whole article and then apply these time management tips on a regular basis. You will soon be getting more done in less time.

Here are 3 fast effective tips for better time management:

1. Make a list of all the things you really want to get done for the day. Group things together that you can get done at the same time. For instance, if you have to go to the drug store to pick up a prescription and also need to drop off some books at the library which is a few blocks from the drug store, then make sure that you combine those two tasks within the same trip. This cuts down on your time in the car. If you know that maybe the next day you will need milk and bread, combine a stop by a grocery store into the same trip and get it all done in one trip instead of making different trips.

2. Cut out of your list anything that absolutely does not need to be done or that perhaps can wait to be done on another day. This will really help to open up more time to get something more important to you accomplished.

3. Try not to let others interrupt your schedule until you have done all the things on your list. Simple interruptions are what get you off track and eat up your time. You can best do this by turning of your phone and cell phone, turning off the television and locking your door - or putting up a do not disturb sign. These measures may seem extreme but they are really effective for time management and will help you get more done in less time.
