Time Management:
Time Management Courses for Entrepreneurs - How to Stop Web Surfing and Run Your Online Business

Below I include the very strong time management strategies that you can use today to get focused on your business, and less on the other distractions that come along, with having an online business. Begin now to apply these three steps in your own life and you will see the results manifest quickly for you.

Step 1

Apply the 80/20 rule. This means that at the start of your day only 20% of tasks constitute for 80% of the results. Knowing what your 20% ahead of time is important. So write out your 20% that matter, and focus on those tasks. If you want to learn more about this time management rule, search for the Pareto Principle.

Step 2

Turn off all distractions. It's a lot easier to get distracted when you have your AIM turned on, Skype, etc. Get your 20% completed before doing any other activities online. Don't go to YouTube to watch videos if its not really for research. Only go to YouTube, if it's for research or you are going to post your own video. You must be disciplined enough to completely turn off all the distractions while you are working.

Step 3

Think more production and less consumption. This is key to time management, the more you pay attention to producing and very little consuming, the more focused you will become. So keep this motto around you, hang it on your wall some place where you could see it more. "More production, less consumption."
