Time Management:
Find More Clients in Less Time With These Time Management Workshop Strategies

When you think of client attraction do you feel like there isn't enough time to get everything you want accomplished? There is almost never enough time in the day. At least that's what most people say. But getting things done brings a great sense of accomplishment. It's easy to get overwhelmed because of the never ending to-do list that seems to grow longer every single day. Sometimes it feels like there are just not enough hours in the day. When you feel that way taking consistent actions gets put on the backburner!

With a little effort or at least less then you thought, you can improve your time management, do more in less time and enjoy your life far more then you thought possible.

It begins with a solid plan. A plan is essential to time management. Don't worry if you don't think you're a good time manager, you can learn what it takes. In fact most people aren't good natural time managers. It comes from learning and realizing that by managing your time you feel more in control of life and able to handle whatever is thrown at you. You'll just have to practice and be consistent to get things done.

When you get a taste of just how much you can accomplish with time menagement you'll work even harder so you can thoroughly enjoy those down times. You know how it is, it's Friday and you have a boatload of things left on your list and you're going on vacation. Somehow, you find a way to get things done.

Well, how would you like to do that every single day?

Schedule you life like an expert and become your own time manager!

1. Schedule your life for greatest benefit for your business and your family. It's easy to procrastinate. But procrastination is the great time scavenger. Here's the point. Time will pass, whether you want it to stand still, go back a few days or even a few years. Have you ever thought if only... If only I started this project last week I would not have my back against the wall. If only I had planned the day better I would be able to go to that networking meeting. If only (you fill in the blank), I would feel so stressed right now..

o You got a big job in front of you? Break it down. For example, if you want more clients and have a teleclass in a couple of weeks. Don't try to prepare for you class a day or two before it's due. Spend 30 minutes a day will give you plenty of time to prepare.

o What is the priority for the day? Do you have it written down. With no priority you not only don't know what to do, it's easy to spend time doing things are unproductive or absolutely get nothing done.

2. Don't let self-doubt control your time management. Do you sometimes hear that little voice in the back of your head that tells you "It's too hard" Or "I can't get it all done"? Well that's the voice that's can keep you in a state of overwhelm if you let it.

o There is not reason that you can't do anything you set you mind to. Whenever you hear that little voice know that it doesn't tell the truth. The truth is there isn't much you can't do if you are willing.

o Reward your self for getting things done. It's okay to take a night off when you get everything done. In fact you'll probably be more productive if you take time off and reward yourself.
