Time Management - One Tip Which Will Turn Limited Time Into Unlimited Money!

It's something we have all struggled with - time management. I'm sure you've heard of the expression "Time Is Money". Not using your time effectively is the very same as LOSING money. But it doesn't have to be that way. Implementing this simple strategy will guarantee that you squeeze more money out of your time than you ever thought possible...

Want to know the secret?

I thought so! It's called Batch Processing. It simply means doing multiple tasks of the same type all at one time. This enables you to be more focused on that particular type of task.

Batch Processing will do wonders for your time management as the very fact that you ARE online lends itself to many different distractions. If you're not disciplined you will end up jumping here there and everywhere - and seeing very little for your time. You will rarely have the satisfaction of seeing a project to completion. As a result you will be in a constant state of anxiety - knowing how much you still have to accomplish before the money starts rolling in.

The following tasks can and should be done in batches:

• Checking Emails - rather than going to your Inbox every five minutes, set aside a couple of fixed times every day when you will read and reply to emails. Turn off the email notification bell so that it doesn't distract you.

• Writing Blog Posts or Articles - prepare a series of posts or articles all at one time, on a pre-arranged day of the week. Decide what you are going to write about in advance - your brainstorming should happen all at the one time too! It will be easier for you to keep your train of thought and you will find that one idea naturally leads to another.

I'm sure that you are now beginning to see the power of good time management. Concentrate on developing these skills and you will be amazed at how little time you spend working on your emails and how much writing you get done. Best of all, the more work you get done, the more MONEY you make!
